I'm writing to belie any "Seductive Hallucinations" you may have that Rita Cansino Hayworth was in any way Mexican.
She was not.
Rita Cansino Hayworth was the daughter of a Spanish Immigrant (remember the Spanish Conquistadores, yeah one of those Spanish). And her mother was Irish.
